Assessment and Planning

Our process starts with an inital assessment by our physiotherapists. Our main aim at this point is to find the root cause of the problem by examining patient's medical history, using necessary diagnostic tools, discsussing therapy goals with you and finally coming up with a customized plan which helps in improving the quality of life.

Personalized Treatment

The plan usually includes exercises, manual therapy, mobilization and modalities such as heat or ice therapy. Our main goal at this stage is to enhance the strength in order to improve overall functional mobility.

Monitoring and Modification

Our physiotherapist continously access the treatment plan and makes modification depending on your progress. This includes intensifying exercises, adding new ones or modifying the existing as per your needs.

Education and Guidance

At this stage, we give education and guidance on self management techniques, strategies for injury prevention and maintain the results obtained throughout the sessions. With this knowledge, you are  able to take control of your health and maintain physical function .
